Gloria’s passion for working with people is the reason she and her husband, David, launched the Managers Resource Group. From her personal experiences working in organizations that under perform, she saw the need for the type of service they can provide to companies that are looking to achieve a higher performance output at all levels in their organization.
Gloria has worked in the private sector working for several companies of various sizes including Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes various management positions in Human Resources, Customer Service, Purchasing as well as Sales and Marketing.
Gloria’s unique perspective on employee development and training has allowed her to build and lead highly effective teams over many years. She possesses an unwavering commitment to excellence in everything she does.
Gloria has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management, and is a certified Human Resources Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
David Williams
Co-Founder and Vice President
David Williams, along with his wife, Gloria, founded the Managers Resource Group because they saw a growing need to help good companies become great. Their goal is to Find The Missing Pieces of the management puzzle that sometimes prevents organizations from achieving their full potential.
David has a strong record of maximizing productivity, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction in organizations of all sizes for more than 30 years. He has been especially effective at revitalizing marginal operations and in building solid relationships with key customers and vendors. He has led global operations and international sales teams.
As a previous Vice President of Sales and General Manager of an international sales and distribution center, he is committed to helping organizations, large and small, reach new levels of excellence through superior leadership. His broad background includes senior leadership roles in manufacturing, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, and software development.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems from Park University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. David is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force. David is a coach, trainer and public speaker, and is a member of:
